This magnificent Haussmannian building located in the 9th arrondissement of Paris is distinguished by its beautiful freestone facade and its majestic interior spaces. After passing through the porte cochere, we discover an office space which is organized on 6 U-shaped levels around a beautiful outdoor courtyard. This building has undergone several “layers” of renovations in the past and our objective was to rediscover the riches of the existing construction. For this, we went to find the period cornices hidden behind the false slab ceilings, the massive Hungarian point parquet floors under the carpets and the original volumes by getting rid of the numerous partitions. The choice of sanitary facilities and furniture was designed to highlight the building and offer comfortable, functional and adaptable interior designs.
