Millstone house elevation
This house, located in the heights of Suresnes, is typical of millstone houses of the early twentieth century: millstones with joints combining rocks with red brick ornaments to punctuate the facades. The project consists of playing with different levels of the ground and roofs in order to give more volume to the interior spaces of the house, often narrow and not very functional. A beautiful terrace facing the city will be created on the ground floor to expand the living-dining room to the outside. .
The elevation above the original house is treated with a brick coating reminiscent of the existing facade, while adding a modern touch with an anthracite color.
